OUT-CONNING THE CON ARTIST
.

If you don't believe perseverance works when seeking justice for fraud, you   haven't  met  Deborah Nelson of Colorado Springs, CO.  Deborah  contacted  CUFF

after she had successfully out-conned the con artist who conned her into marrying him.  She wanted to share what she had learned with other romance fraud  victims so they might use some of her methods to achieve justice the  way she did.  Deborah is  writing  a book which  describes her  experiences with this  master con artist and provides advice on how  women can protect themselves from romance fraud.

.

Deborah is offering  the chapter,  "Combating Romance Fraud - Profile of  POTT - People On The Take," free to CUFF viewers.  If you have already been conned, know someone whom you think is being conned or think you may be in the process of being conned, you will want to review her detailed profile in order to protect yourself and understand why you were vulnerable so that it won't ever happen again:  Combating Romance Fraud.

In her book, Deborah details how a slick, career criminal with multiple fraud convictions made a very wrong turn when he conned his way into her heart and business.  Once she recognized the fraud that was being perpetrated on herself and her daughter, she began researching her options and learned how to use the system to obtain justice.  Some of the tricks she discovered that the system has up its sleeve most victims probably would never know about  unless they read Deborah's book.

She succeeded in obtaining an annulment based on fraud from this man by representing herself in court using information obtained from an inexpensive subscription legal service.  And instead of the con artist using the marriage certificate to legalize the theft, she obtained a monetary judgment against him as part of the annulment decree.
